In this exercise will discuss the simple but powerful habit of identifying what is in our control and releasing our concerns to God. This exercise is not a one time fix, but rather a daily spiritual discipline that builds trust with the Father, develops humility in us, and leads to more peace.
Stress Inventory - Anxiety
Stress. We have all experienced the affects of stress in our lives. When faced with stressful situations it can be easy to avoid rather than face them head on. Building off of exercise #1 this exercise will help you identify areas of stress, how you might be avoiding them and help you make a plan to move forward. This exercise will take time, but will be well worth it when completed.
